The DofE Award became so popular at our school that it wasn't feasible to lead expeditions in-house anymore, we needed more support for the larger numbers, and we were very conscious about finding a good AAP to work with, you fit the bill perfectly. We were really impressed with the organisation of each expedition and how closely instructors monitored the students until they were ready to be more independent.
